Valve Features
JMTC Upgraded Stainless Exhaust valves are .5mm larger than the OEM valve and are a one piece forged valve for higher strength and reliability. JMTC uses high temp super alloy 21-4N and the stem receives a high temperature friction reducing coating and work best with our long life steal guides. They have hardened tips so they can withstand both high-heat of a turbocharged engine and high-valve train stress loads of RPMs above the rev limit.
Our Valves are a great replacement for the OEM valve and do not require any changes to fit or work with all the OEM components regardless if you want to upgrade or not. While our upgraded Exhaust vavles can be used with the OEM or any manufacture intake valves they can not be mixed with other Exhaust valves in the same head. So purchase them in a quantity of 8 for the 4cly Mini Cooper engine.
