What good is a high flow ported head if the exhaust manifold wont out flow it?
The JCW manifold and even a ported JCW or MCS manifolds were only designed to flow enough air to make about 250hp. Once you add a big turbo, intake upgrades, and one of our ported and or big valve heads the manifold will soon become the restriction in the system. The exhaust manifold port diameters are just to small to make big power. JMTC realized this so we developed our Stage III and Stage IV CNC expanded, extreme expanded, port matched, and extrude ported/honed manifolds.
JMTC’s Stage III CNC port matched or Stage IV CNC extreme port expanded, turbo outlet flange expanded, and port matched manifolds are the only manifolds on the market that will allow the head and manifold to flow to its full potential. The work we do to the Stage III manifold will allow it to out flow the JCW manifold however our Stage IV with CNC enlarged ports, CNC reworked flow path and CNC expanded flange manifold will by far out flow any other manifold. This is not only the increase in the size of the port and outlet flange but the complete rework of the flow dynamics to remove all major restrictions and straighten the air flow paths into the turbo.
And if the extreme CNC re-work is not enough we also offer our extrude hone and porting service to remove all remaining sand cast restrictions that were not removed by the CNC matching in all ports including port 1. Which is the only port that can't be reached by conventional machine and hand porting tools. This manifold will already out flow any other however the added extrude porting and honing will smooth and polish all internal surfaces exponentially increasing air flow. There is no better manifold on the market and non will even come close to our flow capacity so don't waste your money on an inferior product and get one of our Stage III and IV manifolds today!
CNC gasket matched to within 100microns (width of a human hair) at both the head and our Stage III turbine housing. All ports machined to match the cylinder head gasket and port 3 is expanded and flows into the turbo sooner and straighter by opening up the combined port 2 and 3 by a ¼” or 8mm.
CNC extreme port expanded, turbo outlet flange expanded, and port matched manifolds to maintain a consistent size from the head inlet to turbo outlet. Then gasket matched to within 100microns at both the head and our Stage IV turbine housing. Also the airflow path for port 3 is reworked to open up and expanded to flow into the turbo as soon as it is combined with port 2. The combined port 2/3 is double the size of the MCS manifold and 3 times the size of the JCW manifold.
JMTC inspects and repairs all refurbished parts so they will operate properly, however refurbished means this part has been previously used and may have defects. If you are concerned about imperfections, scratches, dents, cracks or any other imperfection do not order a refurbished component and select the “New Core” option.
Pre-shipped core manifolds are $150 or $450 for new, the money will be refunded once a usable core is return to us. If you select the New Core option only $150 will be refunded for used cores returned.
Damaged or cracked core and pre-shipped manifolds will be repaired for the cost of $25 and will be deducted from the core return or charged to the customer if the core was pre-shipped.
All CNC work is done before porting so there is no way to guarantee the port matching will be exactly matched to within 100microns port to port if extrude ported. This is because extrude porting removes about 1mm of material from all internal surfaces.
