JMTC Turbocharger rebuilds get a complete overhaul including cleaning and/or replacement of all internal components that could have been warn or damaged due to mechanical issues with the engine or exhaust system. Such items that can be damaged are Turbine Shaft Bearings, Thrust bearings, pressure seals, cartridge, or end housings. Any components that do not meet our stringent standards will be replaced. If you send your turbo to us for refurbishment the rebuilt process doesn’t cover broken studs, missing, or unusable components. Some parts that are damaged beyond repair may be replaced with quality JMTC manufactured parts but will retain our full warranty/s. Price Includes the core charge of $400 that will be refunded when a rebuttable core is returned to JMTC.
For best results and before installing your new turbo upgrade JMTC recommends the following. Sending your OEM catalytic converter to us for refurbishment or getting one of our high flow downpipes. This will insure that the exhaust flows as well or better than it did when it was new as well as installing a new oil line. This is the only way we can guarantee that pre-existing problem/s or the problem that caused the initial turbo failure do not cause the same issue again. Do it right or you may have to do it twice.
